A Chicago junk removal company got 105 leads at $12.97 each in its first weeks of Facebook and Instagram ads, and 197 leads plus 7 calls by December 2023.

Find the Facebook and Instagram ads that bring junk removal leads in at a good price, then grow the volume without wasting budget.
Nine small test campaigns with instant lead forms, the budget moved to the winners, a test of call campaigns, then bigger interest and broad campaigns built from the best ads, plus retargeting.
105 leads at $12.97 each by September 18, 2023, and 197 leads plus 7 phone calls from $5,181.14 in ad spend by December 7, 2023.
Where Orange Crew started
Orange Crew Junk Removal clears out homes and businesses across Chicago. In August 2023 they brought Renova Reach in to run their lead generation on Facebook and Instagram.
Junk removal is a quick decision. Someone clearing a garage, a basement or a rental wants it gone this week and asks whoever makes that easy. So the job was to find the ads that bring those requests in at a good price, and then get more of them.
What we set up
1. Nine small tests at once
We started with nine campaigns on $5 to $10 a day each, every one running a different ad. Each used an instant lead form, so asking for a quote took a few taps without leaving Facebook or Instagram.
2. Money moved to the winners
Between August 10 and September 18, 2023, the tests brought 105 leads at $12.97 each. Five of the nine did nearly all the work: 103 of the 105 leads, at $9.03 to $16.19 a lead. The four weakest brought 2 leads between them and were switched off.

3. Calls tested, forms kept
In September we also tried five campaigns built to get phone calls instead of form fills. They brought 7 calls of 20 seconds or more, at $57.16 to $116.26 a call. The forms did far better, so the call campaigns were switched off.
4. Scaling up the best ads
From late September we put three of the best test ads into bigger campaigns at $45 to $50 a day, aimed at both interest audiences and a broad audience. Those brought 89 more leads at $34.51 to $40.92 each. Two small retargeting campaigns added one more.

What the numbers show
Small tests found the cheapest leads, at $9 to $16 each. Bigger budgets brought more leads at a higher price, about $36 each, which is what usually happens once ads reach past the people most ready to book. And for junk removal, a form beat a phone call by a wide margin.
The takeaway
Good leads at a good price come from testing several ads at once and moving the money to the winners. What turns those leads into booked jobs is answering every one of them fast, and that’s what the Renova system is built to do. See how the Renova system works
